Beginning Your Healing Process

If you find yourself struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of traumatic events, we want to help you. Mary can be reached by email at Inspired@MaryNgLCSW.com or by phone at 1-718-395-2064. Mary’s education in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and her belief in personalized life coaching, therapy, and understanding allow her to help her clients to truly challenge the traumatic events of their past.

Mary also believes in helping her clients overcome the boundaries that modern life and society can put on getting the mental healthcare we need to thrive. Whether you’re near her office or distant, Mary is willing and able to work with you to get you the care that you need and the healing you deserve. In addition, Mary is trained to help you understand the power you have to challenge the pains of the past.

Thankfully, preparing for counseling is a simple process. First, you’ll want to get an idea of how therapy will fit into the schedule of your life. For some clients, a once-per-month appointment is perfect, while others prefer weekly or bi-weekly schedules. Secondly, it’s important to think about what life events may be troubling you before you get to therapy, if possible. This can help us more easily identify what sort of focus and approach will help you the most.
